Yeah, I really love Gollum. Andy Serkis' delivery of the line "My darling..." is just fantastic.

I have never read a single book in the series, nor have I watched a single movie.

It looks too historic and mythological for me to even see through--I've never been a fan of those genres.

I can't come up with a decent saying, since everyone copyrights everything.

Lol.

If by "historic and mythological" you mean "lore-heavy", then yes, yes it is. Otherwise, no.

Lore-heavy? Has to do with armor--

I don't think I'll watch it.

Shouldn't it be "You shall not pass!"?

Just a thought.

Funny, my little brother is upstairs watching Two Towers as I type this, LoTR is pretty cool I guess. I never really got in to it a whole lot though, but my ex was obsessed with it.

I haven't seen them in years, so I may like them more now.

Yeah, whatever.

Prety retarded.

Whats not to follow?

A guy gets corrupted by a magic ring, so he gives it to a mage. that mage gives it to an even younger hobbit. The hobbit ends up being accompanied by some of the greatest wariors from all the diferent races of middle earth. Eventualy, that fellowship breaks apart, the two hobbits remaining team up with a power corupt creature (that was a hobbit at one point) to take the ring to the mountain of doom. And in the end, they destroy the ring, and mordor falls apart.

I just dont get the ending, when gandalf, bilbo and frodo get on that ship. Are they going to heaven or somthing?

The books had a better plot. Too much was changed in the movie for my tastes, but the movies probably would have been nine hours long each if they weren't so different.

Pretty much the fate of almost any book movie.

Actualy, there are 4, and each one is about 2 and a half hours long, so thats more than 9 hours right there.

Boring films in my opinion to have to sit through. I wayched the first and was bored as hell, second and didn't think it was very good, never bothered with third I don't think.

It did give rise to many good highly abuseable memes though.
