Newgrounds will still be around I bet, but the technology and videos will be quite different. It may be under new ownership, but who knows. If Tom is making out with a decent profit, he'll keep this place running (how hard can it be really?). When he'd like to retire I'm assuming he'd either sell it or keep it in the family.

No more flash thats for sure, but the new animating technology on the internet will be the new base for countless animation titles good or bad.

Tom Fulp would be in his 50's, which isn't that old, but it is pretty weird for a guy that age to be running a website. I imagine at that point, he would probably let his son take over. All of the cartoons and games would have the latest updates in them in terms of Flashplayer. Maybe it will be like movies and video games where all the animated stuff will now be CGI. Everything might be 3D too, much to Roger Ebert's chagrin.
