Batman is infinitely better than Spiderman, but I must acknowledge that he doesn't have a very decent chance of victory against Spiderman in a regular fight, though.

I like both Spidey and Batman, but Batman is the coolest because his stories are more dark and he has better gadgets and villains.

Spiderman vs. Batman would be a good match up for a fight.
They're both smart, strong and agile. But In a fight I'd have to give it to Spidey.
He's technically smarter, stronger, and more agile. His natural smarts make him a pain in the ass for villains, his strength enables him to do stuff like stop a train with his body by holding onto web strands attached to polls.
He can web sling and ride the air easier than batman, who can only glide, and if he wan'ts to pull a spidey he needs to use a finite sling shot thing of some kind.
In the end Batman's only chance against spidey would be his million dollar gadgets.
I like them both alot, but I kinda like Batman a little more. Spidey is really cool to me because he's a youngster who tries balancing his normal life with being Spiderman.
