Discuss.
It DOES matter, you can see the experience of somebody by looking at the sign up date.
It's impossible to use the bathroom in Denton's house, as not even his toilet paper takes shit from anyone.

Not true. Someone can sign up real early, leave the site and come back completely oblivious to the rules.
Without money, there is no justice.
I thought that it took 5 years for a user to be officially accepted, but every thousand posts you get reduces a year.
It's a little thing called seniority.

Someone like you? I don't know who does that.

Everybody from 2000 silly
It doesn't matter in the slightest.
And any user who seriously uses the term;
"What would you know, you're just a XXer" or "Shut up I've been here longer than you" is a twat who likely isn't fun to talk to anyway.

Thats all it is really. Not much else can really be said from a sign up date. Sure I've seen more things unravel as they came and I was here and knew of the site long before it became this popular mess of users but I like the changes I've seen for the most part.. I think NG as it is today has actually surpassed what any of us early birds expected it to become.

Sure why not.

But not the forums. It's the same thing day after day after day eventually it gets stale.

As with the majority of the site we all have control over the quality of the forums. Everyone of us has the chance to make things better or worse. I personally don't like to make threads as the past has proven no one really likes to discuss whats on my mind - things I'm interested in don't seem to appeal to the user base.. lol
But yeah - we all have our own experiences here. The shittiest day for one dude was the best for another. I guess it comes down to what interests us and our personalities, possibly even motives for being here. I'm just bored kinda like talking to people and love NG.
Also in response to the forums not living up to what we expect them to be. I feel the general conduct portion of the rules features of of the most fundamental points which I feel should be enforced more often.
If you can't make a positive contribution to a topic, don't post.
But thats just me, people more times than not get away with just being jerks and trolls anymore. This is just what irks me the most..
In the year of 20XX, a super user named Fluttershy was created. Newgrounds created Fluttershy to stop the evil desires of Wadolf.
However, after his defeat, Wadolf created eight of his own trolls to counter Fluttershy.

This.
So I guess in this thread I have the second biggest dick behind Newgrundling.
it just got real
sign up dates don't mean shit. a person's can say that their sign up was in 2011 and they could have been on here way longer than that as an anonymous because they were lazy as shit to make an account. mine says I signed up in 2009 but I've been here since late 2005 and didn't make an account since 2006. I stayed with that account for about 3 years then decided I didn't like it so I made a new one which is the current one I'm on.

Mhmm...yeah, that's what they all say.
What we have here is a classic case of denial. It usually takes em a couple years to finally see that they're stuck as a n00b so they go and pull the ol' "I made my account in 200X but have been here since 199X" routine. We all know that's not true. You're a liar.
