D&D Tails - needs animator

Me and my friends are wanting to write a story based on our D&D games and submit it to newgrounds, only problem none of us are artists. Would like to find an animator who is intrested in Drama and Action and Can animate fight scenes and scenery well. Would also like to have someine who is prominate on newgrounds beforehand that way i have a feel for your artistic style. Thank you.
