im not asking for someone to give me anything just tell me what i need
Press Shift F9 to unlock the 'colour' panel. Ctrl F2 unlocks the 'tools' panel. Use the paint brush to draw stuff, use the bucket to fill. When you have the bucket selected, there will be a circle icon at the bottom of the 'tools' panel which controls the 'gap size'. All it does is make it easier to fill stuff (bigger = easier; smaller = harder, but more controlled).
The F5 F6 and F7 buttons create keyframes/frames. They are the most important buttons in Flash. F5 extends your frames so they are longer. F6 creates new frames (I call them 'frames', but they're actually 'keyframes' if you want to be specific :P ). And F7 creates blank frames.
So remember: F5 F6 and F7, as well as the paint brush... that's all you need.
As for Actionscript:
play(); - plays the movie.
stop(); - pauses the movie.
gotoAndStop(); - put a number inside those brackets to specify which frame you want the playhead to land on when it reaches the frame with this code.
gotoAndPlay(); - does the same as gotoAndStop(); only it plays (much like a scene select buttons).
The F9 button unlocks the actions panel. Click on a keyframe to specify where you want thecode to go, and then type the code in the box (er.. panel).
Hope that helps
You can't know what you don't know if you can only use yourself as a reference point.

you need a program called adobe flash heres the link
http://www.adobe.com/products/flash.html
it costs $700 but you can download another program called Flash 8 for a less price (dont have a link for that)
you could use other free programs such as Pencil
Now to start animating look at these video tutorials

no the easiest to manage, as well as the industry standard is 24 frames per second. 30 fps and above is used mainly for game, and i wouldn't recommend it. It gets your timing all weird
Sig made by me
Once again i'm falling down a mountain like a metaphor
