Join my flash team

Hey Im working on a flash project, but more importantly, i'm trying to form a flash team.
I have no name for the team yet, as much is undecided, but i already have a few animators, musicians and more willing to help.

The idea is to make a team that can form funny flash videos quickly and have fun doing it.

Voice acting

I do have a script for a movie i'd like to be the first project, but it is not set in stone, and if you would like to look at it or maybe throw a few ideas, then what would be great.

About me:
I am a musician
I sing
I can edit video decently, and audio well
I can voice act

ATTENTION:
voice actors please don't just offer to help with a flash.
i'm looking for talented voice actors who would be willing to participate in any flash we put together.

I cant code flash games but I can code .exe games uing C++ or VB if you want to make somethign other than flash. Let me know

yeah, it would be really cool to be able to make games as well.
In fact, i just got another flash programmer on my team, so you wouldn't be alone.

id like to know more about your team and perhaps your could separate the team into devisions for example the game dev devision and flash dev devision because im currently looking for a team to make flash games with to build up a portfolio but not flash short films

well, i actually have a skilled musician who is willing to make music for flash games, and two or three programmers.
if you have the skills, i could possibly make you head of gaming division.

but yes, we do have multiple projects in the works, and as it's a team, the team members are deciding on what to make.

I have ideas for a few short videos and one for a longer video and I have an idea for a series.

i'm useless at most things except repedative menial tasks, storyboards, doing a little script writing & writing music.
is there a way i can join with these skills

writer, voice actor.
I am passively looking for people with these skills:
animating(background, syncing, etc)
musician(can't have too many of them)
