I have a small shoe-container-shape-and-sized box containing an ointment. And I can't find it anywhere in stores.

You're feeling sentimental for an ointment?

That should be rare then, as nobody can buy it any more.

Ah fuck. Nostalgia.
I was pretty upset when I could no longer find these Curve scented incense that smelled exactly like the cologne, they were my favorite and I haven't been able to find them since I was like 14-15.
Tarax Black Label Lemonade and Tarax Black Label Orange Drink. Two of the best soft drinks ever made. Don't know when or why they stopped making them, its was many years ago though. But I sure do miss them. The Black Label Lemonade was outstanding.

There's some more things but I can't remember. :(
Wish I had been to at least find some of these ate the food, possibly kept one of the packets of fruit stuff unopened and keep the boxes and tins.
Remember Bactine brand hydrocortisone cream? I don't think they ever make it anymore, and not even eBay has some vintage unused tubes of it still in the package.
Here is an ad for it as seen in the July 1987 issue of Good Housekeeping magazine:

Correction: it was an antibacterial ointment branded with the Bactine trademark, not a hydrocortisone.

I just figured out that the type of Sanuks that I bought right as they came out got discontinued shortly after! I actually like the feeling, knowing that you have such a unique thing and something that other people can't get.
Also say what you want about Sanuks, they feel like god is giving me a foot massage every time I step in them, without making me look like a complete retard.

Oh, God, yes I loved those.
Does anyone here remember Oreo O's or Cookie Crisp?

Did they stop making Cookie Crisp? I still have a little stuffed animal cookie crisp dog, Chip I think was his name, that I got from collecting so many of the box tops and sending them in. There were several others I got the same way, like the lucky charms dude and the trix bunny.

I'm pretty sure it was cancelled, but maybe I just haven't seen it in a while. Either way, I miss it because I haven't had it in fucking years.

I clearly remember seeing those at a local store earlier this year. That's pretty odd also considering I have not seen an ad for Oreo O's in ages.

Some of the CDs I own wont be in print any more, so I guess that makes them sort of special. Although you can generally download any CD you want online, but that's not the same.
Oh, and I just remembered that I have two Commodore 64 computers which although aren't too rare have obviously been out of production for almost 20 years now. The same goes for my Atari ST and a few of my games consoles and the vast game library that I have.

This is how we used custom content, old school.
Though since games have online play and content now, its kind of pointless.
This was back when we had the N64 and PS1. Allowing you to go online and download content from other people, such as a custom wrestler or a map and other stuff.
Not a product, but i dont see why they had to discontinue star trek: tgn. they had millions of viewers, surly they were making enough money to keep up with the costs and then some
