Nah, altered art just means you take a Magic: The Gathering card and alter it some way whether by painting over it or drawing a completely different picture. I just chose to erase most of it since I suck at painting.

Why did you waste a MTG card then? Why didn't you just draw on a blank sheet of paper?

It's only a land card, It's pretty common proxy practice. Not really tournament legal, and I admit I never seen Hentai land cards but whatever floats your boat.

The legality of the cards is up to the judge. As long as something is not offensive and the card can be identified, it usually works. I could see the half naked girls not making it in larger tournaments though, but these cards usually will be fine.
