Ploughman's Sandwich. Cheddar cheese, Branston Pickle and salad.

Turkey/Ham

Lettuce
Mustard
Bread slice

White bread (preferably Italian, but any brand will do), a few slices of thin ham, swiss cheese, Miracle Whip (or Mayo, I can't tell the difference), and then bread.

If I had all the ingredients in the world and I could make a sandwhich?

mayonaise or some other superior spread.

I've come to like cheese and onion toasties recently, using white bread. Working where I do though, I get my lunch free so my favourite changes as and when I get bored of it.

my favorite sandwich is fresh french bread with turkey, apple, bacon and garlic mayo...
they serve it at a local sandwich shop (best place ever!)

I like white bread, with bologna, cheese, and honey mustard. Could eat that everyday for lunch.

If I go to Subway on the other hand... I get 9 grain honey oat, chicken teriyaki, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, mayonnaise, ranch, and sweet onion sauce. I could eat those everyday for every meal.

Small brown baguette. Mayonaise, fresh lettuce, cucumber, sliced egg, rasped carrot, tomato slices, a couple of thin slices smoked ham Ardennois, Salami, Ardennois

That tastes like heaven

Also, simpler: freshly baked, still warm white bread, butter, chocolate paste. That stuff is pure addiction.
