theres a mini-store in my tiny town, i forgot the name, its at our failing mall, they not only do shirt art, but you can bring a flash drive of your design and they not only format it to a shirt of your size, but they have the fastest service i know. your shirt(s) will be delivered to your house within 3 days.

oh, i live in crossett arkansas, it in "Main-mall" at the end of main st.

I know there's a shop nearby that does very competitive printing of shirts and things. You should have a hunt around, maybe ask your family, friends, local newsagents or whatever to see if they know a printing shop.

Adding on to this I would try the mall, I've seen some at my local mall. They're usually not stores but those carts in that are all around.

so zazzle is no good. the space available for the design is too small.

any other suggestions please?
