I recently made a fake facebook account with a friend, thinking it would be hilarious to troll people's statuses. It was hilarious for a while... until the unevitable happened. We got found out. I have no idea how we got found out, but people found out it was us. I don't know what happened, we were both careful to cover our tracks.
Everything was going great, we were going to pin it on someone nobody likes. Everything was going great until today. A girl I used to be friends with came to my house wanting to hang out, and she lead me to the school by my house. She set me up. Four guys got out of a van and told me they knew it was me behind the fake facebook profile and one of them headbutted me leaving a nasty cut below my eye.
So the whole thing pretty much blew up in my face, I'm probably going to be socially ostrasized, and I'm no longer allowed to talk to my best friend any more.

Newgrounds, learn from my mistakes. never make a fake facebook profile in an attempt to get lulz. also, does anyone know how these guys could have figured out I was behind it?

I may just do that. but what I did was also pretty bad. what I did was harrassment, as well as slander, because I was pretending to be a real kid in my high school. Still, no need to be so fucking violent.

my friend didn't get his ass kicked, but the guys that beat me up came to his house and talked to his parents. he got off easy.

Fun fact: It's super easy to impersonate someone who HAS facebook. Just change your name to theirs and take their profile pic and it's impossible to tell the difference without clicking through to their profile.
A lot more fun and better trolling can be had using this fact, trust me (and i didnt even get headbutted!).
