Is this answer legit?

Long story short, I recently installed a webcam on my computer, and ever since then, my computer never acknowledges my iPod when I connect it. I know it's not the wire, because I tried two of them, and it still works when I connect it to my Xbox. Obviously it has something to do with the webcam. Anyway, I asked for a solution on Yahoo answers, and only got 2 answers. One of them said to delete iTunes and reinstall it (which I've already done), and the other one was typed in all caps. I'm not a huge expert on the subject, but something really tells me that this isn't really a legitimate answer, rather, it seems to be nonsensical. Still, is it?

Try it. I mean if you want your computer to know your ipod is there might as well try everything your told.

Try removing the drivers for your webcam?

Well I use system restore to fix broken drivers, so I dont see why it wouldnt work for you.

I don't know. Google seems to sure of what it gave me. It could be legit, I guess.
