NG coding is being a dick

Whenever I try to get on NG I get the below picture, and I have no idea what the fuck to do. The only thing I can come up with is clear the cache which I did 2x and clear cookies. It did nothing. Halp?

Some of the few solutions that have been thought up of, and more...

- If using Internet Explorer, use Firefox or Google Chrome
- Refresh the page/clear data
- Get a better Internet provider
- Close your browser and restart it
- Perhaps continue to wait for it to load

And I very rarely see that page, I just ctrl + F5.

Make sure your computer software, and internet browser are good & up-to-date. Cuz as I'm sure you're aware, this issue is on your end :P

Occasionally It wills top dicking around for like 2 minutes at a time, and I'm confident this stuff is up to date.

Ctrl + F5? You do know that you can just press F5 to refresh. -_-

You do now that Ctrl + F5 is different from just F5 to refresh, because it also updates all your cached information. -_-
