Yep i got mine removed 3 years ago , it sucks to have your cheeks inflamed and then having weird liquid coming out of the incision through out the months.
But i think wearing braces are more painful that the wisdom tooth surgery IMO. Wisdom tooth surgery afterwards pain is just annoying, but braces were just HELL.
Music is my passion , not my business.

It wasn't that bad, but I don't really remember 2 days of my life.
Well I am gonna get the other two removed in 1.5 years from now. And yeah it wasn't really that bad, I just wanna start eating substantial shit again.

Oh no, ain't touching that shit, not after what happened to my sister. I was perscribed Vicodyn, but I'm not really in too much pain to have to take it. But I am taking penicillin every 6 hours or so.

Well thank god I never needed braces. But I love braces on other people. My mom wears them.

Apparently when I was knocked cold and getting my teeth ripped out, I was talking to the dentists the whole time.

Having your wisdom teeth removed makes you less wise.
Very few people know this.

Had a wisdom tooth removed when I was 7. The worst part is they did not numb my mouth at all. They just went straight in and started surgery to remove the tooth. The pain was just as if someone was running a knife through your cheek, it sucked.
too bad back then I didn't know that if my mouth wasn't numb I had to tell them

I've had them out, it's not nice but I'm usually feeling pretty great the next day.

Dentists, removing of teeth, filling all that shit sends a fucking chill up my spine, that's why I take bloody good care of my teeth so I don't go through all this. Augustana your post fucking disturbed me, bruising because you had your teeth pulled out? I dislike this thread, why did you all have them removed, I must avoid this at all costs.

Even if you have brand-spanking clean teeth that never have any problems you may still have to pay a trip to the dentist one day to have wisdom teeth taken out because unlike adult teeth, wisdom teeth are not supposed to be there.

Everyone tries to avoid this at all costs, maybe her post was an over-exaggeration or she just had a fucking shit dentist because I've never experienced this or seen anyone who's experienced it, just a bit of swelling and a lot of blood but not visible bruising. Nausea is obviously common from the pain or medication, but that can happen with any prescription.

The only thing I've had is a root canal. There was some pain afterward, but it wasn't so bad. I was in much more pain before I had it done so I couldn't complain.

Just about everybody has to get the bastards yanked out. I got mine done a few months ago and it wasn't that bad after the first few days. I just lived off of soup and pudding for a week and I was fine.
Getting my tonsils lasered off was worse.

They probably don't know this because they had their wisdom teeth removed.

There's no way to avoid this. Either be the lucky 30% of people who don't even have them at all, get them removed, or suffer the consequences.

I went through some tooth extractions about two weeks ago. Probably not as bad, but it still kinda hurts to eat.

Like I said, I was seven and didn't know back then. I cried for most of the ride home and where my tooth had been removed bleed for at least 2 hours before stopping finally.
