How long has she been on birth control? You're supposed to start taking it at a specific interval in the cycle and should give it a good week or so to actually start protecting against the possibility of pregnancy.

Also: women get themselves worked up into thinking they might be pregnant all the time. They're neurotic like that. She probably felt guilty about having unprotected sex, then remembered the feeling of nausea when she saw you naked the first time, and then convinced herself she was having morning sickness or something because she's stupid. Even if you wanted to take a pregnancy test to confirm, it wouldn't be able to pick up a pregnancy for another two and a half weeks.

Maybe she thinks she's pregnant and her mind is fooling her body into mimicking the signs of pregnancy. Such phenomena are not uncommon; it's somewhat related to the placebo effect.

Even if she is pregnant, you may want to make sure that it's yours....If she had sex with you this easily, she may be the kind of girl that, well...you know. If this isn't the case, though, you should try and talk it over with her and see if she's willing to get an abortion if she is indeed pregnant.

If that doesn't work out, assuming that she's pregnant, see if you can convince her to give up the baby for adoption...Taking care of the baby at such a young age is obviously difficult and she may be convinced to do so. Also, she definitely wouldn't feel anything after just a few days. I hope you asked her if has remembered to take her pills on time everyday (or however her BC is). Next time, be a "pansy" and insist on a condom- you are not only protecting your future from any unwanted pregnancies, but you're also protecting your health (you don't know where she's been and who she's been with, STIs transfer easily and sometimes do not even show any symptoms).
