In all seriousness, use 4chan.

Start your blog on blogspot, set up a few posts and start posting your blog through textupload or some other site onto 4chan /b/ blog threads. It's a good way to get some followers, and draw attention of some real people aswell.

Also, try using twitter and other social networks to find random people who you can then link to your blog.
