Fat kids might get taken away.

So, I've been reading the newspaper and watching the news on TV lately. So I just found out, severely obese kids might be taken away by Social Services. I think this might be an actually be a thing to do for now. Kids today, especially around my age (14-18), are getting so big it's not even funny.
Here's an example that involves a large amount of little kids.

If you've read some of my posts before, you may know I'm a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and I'm not shitting you here. So, since I'm experienced, every Monday and Wednesday I go t the YMCA to help out at the classes for beginners who just joined. The first time I volunteered, which was about 3-4 weeks ago, I was just MINDFUCKED. It wasn't even funny.

These kids were just freaking fat as hell. There was one little girl, maybe 6 or 7 years old, who couldn't even bring up her foot past her knee. Try doing that. If your healthy, it's very easy.
We also have to do some jumping kicks in class, where you jump up a little bit and do a kick. These kids were just unable to get both feet off the ground at the same time.

And the most depressing part was, these little kids ate at EVERY CHANCE. These kids will eat a candy bar before class, a Hostess Cupcake during break, and a 48 oz Coke after class. And their parents are also too fat. I swear I saw one of the fat-ass middle aged soccer moms pull a bag of chips right out of her own fat rolls. These people have never heard of the term "moderation" before. I see them shoving food down their throats too much.

It's sad how in this world, even country, some kids are starving and struggling to eat full meals, while others eat so much that they can't even fit through their own doorway. People are getting to big, and these gluttonous assholes probably need to get a little asshole and eat healthier. If they ate as much healthy food as they ate junk food, they would be perfectly healthy the way they are. People get less healthy every single day that passes by.

You know little kids are starting to get diseases that they never had before? There are people my age who are starting to get all kinds of things, like cancer, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. And I might be fucked as well, because my family has a terrible heart history, and I come from a family of slim, tall guys. The healthy kind. Every single day, I see people at school have to take shots for insulin. Probably 30 kids at my school have diabetes.

So the government is gonna do something. They're gonna take away severely overweight, overfed, and under-exercised kids who weigh, say, 250 pounds. I think this is a good thing. Wouldn't you tell Child Services about a kid who isn't fed right, whether it's fed too much or too little? I'm not saying I hate fat people, but I just don't want to see so many (especially in the summer).

So, fellow Newgrounders, what do you think of America's weight problem? Should really, really fat kids be taken away by the government? Are people today, especially the younglings, jut getting way too big? What do you think of all this?

I think it's probably a good thing this could happen, I figure the main reason kids are getting fat is because their parents only buy crappy food and don't encourage exercise.

As for the weight problem, it's absolutely an inexcusable epidemic.
I'm not going to lay all the blame on one single thing, but parents are a big factor.

If you're over weight, wouldn't you want something better for your child?

Parents acting as a catalyst for their child's obesity is no different than any other form of child abuse. It takes people longer to recognize because of all this bullshit society gives us about fatties. It's not their fault! Be kind to the fatties! They're regular people just like everyone else! Don't be rude! Pretend like you don't notice!

The sad thing is, you see these like ten and eleven year olds who don't have any choice in the matter at all. They just eat what their parents feed them without a second thought because they don't know any better.

I seriously had a girl tell me that once. She also told me that if you ate less your muscle would go away before your fat, even if you excersized. That's complete bullshit, I wish that people wouldn't be so touchy about something that they brought on themselves by not eating right.

Just to make it clear, I have no problem with those who are overweight due to things like glandular problems, those who are large due to genetic disorders.

It's still controllable. Actually, proper diet and excersize helps to alleviate the side effects of gland and genetic disorders. These people are making their own conditions worse by remaining overweight.
