Motorstorm Apocalypse bug

On MS:A, I only just finished the second "Beat opponents" challenge with the first Supermini (I think it's about 20 you need to beat).

After that I went to completely redo the look of the vehicle, chose "save and quit" and after that what was supposed to be the look of the vehicle as the picture was instead a huge box with all sorts of shit on it. I went back to see if the car was bugged up and it turned out the game didn't register it, plus all of the vehicle packages I had saved were now gone. I've also tried the same with other vehicles but the exact same thing happens to them.

Has anyone else been through this? Also, how do you stop this from happening (Apart from not customising the car)?

Also, all of the cars are in their original states in each race (basically as you buy the game).

Turns out resetting the console fixes it. Never mind.

Oh, and saving a vehicle package only freezes the game if this happens.

have you tried resetting ur console? i heard it fixes the bug
