Ok then, name me one good game Bethesda stamped their name on that's not an RPG.

Both of those games were only published by Bethesda and Dishonored is also only published by Bethesda.

Why does it not have to be an RPG? From what I understand, they are also games.

More pictures, this time from the recent Quakecon. You can definitely see the Half Life influence here, and the character design reminds me of Bioshock quite a bit.

Because the only good games Bethesda releases are RPG's, Elder Scrolls and Fallout respectively, Bethesda then goes ahead and publishes games by other developers which end up sucking that it starts to get suspicious that Bethesda might actually be hindering the quality of the games it publishes.

Regardless of whether or not Bethseda made it, you can not deny the company has been putting good games out on the shelves recently, and at least they're trying.
Sure Brink may not have lived up to your expectations, but it doesn't discredit them as being a bad company.
Look at the new Fallouts and the entire Elder Scrolls series, and to the new games like Rage, and Brink looked good, honestly never played it, but seems all the upset was because a few fat girls are upset they can't express their "feminism" and be like the boys.
Honestly, not even girls will accept gamer girls.

If you're even remotely interested in this game, you have to watch these two gameplay videos that were just released. This will make you instantly want the game. Damn, it looks so good. I think I'll play through it stealthily, but without being a pacifist.

That's pretty much how I played through Human Revolution. I hope this is even better.

looks good... i hope this is like the next skyrim/fallout game. the steampunk feel to it is a really nice touch. is it going to be an open world game? i haven't heard that much of the game yet because i just am now starting to get into it.

I'm not 100% sure if it's open world, but I think it is. And now it will not be the next shitty Bethesda game. It's not so much an RPG anyway.

Was really looking forward to this game but I was quite skeptical, but every review I've seen is at least a 9 so I think I might just get this. Thinking about it I should get Deus Ex: Human Revolution too.

I've been wanting this since I first heard about. It's undoubtedly going to be incredible. I'll either get it when I get paid in two weeks, or convince my mom to be nice and buy it for me.

My expectations just went from "Eh" to "HOLY FUCK!" after the reviews. Might give it a shot.

To anyone thinking of buying this game, just go for it. It's a brilliant game, especially if you loved the Theif games as I have.
First must own title this year imho.

I'll most likely wait for the steam christmas sale. I've heard it's only about 15 hours long (kind of like the recent Deus Ex's length). I just bought Guild Wars 2 and I'm planning on beating that once I complete Borderlands 2.
