The subject line didn't allow me to put my "ANy Animators want to work for free?", but basically I'm here, back to where I find the funniest and best animations before Adult Swim aired, to see if anyone is interested in helping my new entertainment company/site in creating some crazy "f'd up" stuff... sketches, skits, bits from comedy cds, and even episodes if you're that focused. I know to ask you to do it for free is BS, but we don't have any money yet - and right now just want to have some really unique sweet looking, crazy, slightly mostly offensive, and sadly funny creations on our site. (also if you are more of a serious animator we have a bunch of short suspense/supernatural stories that need animated)
We need animations, we need games, and we need animators to do all that.-cause I suck at animating. You all have my respect for the patience you endure inorder to animate awesomely. With that being said, anyone want poached? We are growing company, or we want to be, and we have lots of plans outside our website.
We don't want your own shows, we only want you working for us....thought we will include a link to your other stuff, and we are thinking about opening up a fan area on the site to allow for videos from everyone about everything that isn't us...but we haven't decided definitively on that yet.
You'll get credit, for one you'll put it in your titles and for two we'll credit you under the video in the site... we are easy to work with because we don't have deadlines we just want to get our site going...
If any of this sounds interesting to you let me know and We'll talk, you'll show your animations. we'll talk some more and you'll decide what to animate out of our "library" and we'll get started.

Hi Talented Animators
I can tell you what i have so far I have created a Character named Giddy Gopher your typical screwball type .. crazy Gopher who is always getting into trouble..
I basically have the character design of Giddy ready and also working on the story revising it and also doing the storyboard.
The style I am going for is the retro classic animation look which I grew up with, classic cartoons Hanna Barbera, Pink Panther, Rocko's Modern life etc..
This character Giddy I have been playing with the idea for some time and to envision it further..
With that being said,
I hope you read the Ad proper that this is NON PAY.. how ever If you do decide to help me with the project You'll get full credit I am easy to work with because I don't have deadlines I just want to get this vision going...

As you know I am new and starting at this independently Plus I suck at animating. You all have my respect for the patience you endure in order to animate awesomely. however I see it as networking with other talented artists and collaborating on something New that could take off into new direction

Sorry I neglected the forum for over a month, I didn't have time to check it, but for all you new lookers... I just replied to the other replies via PM'n them and we are still/always looking for more talented animators to work for free.
Second, We have some new stuff to mention. First, if you are interested I will reply to you with a big list of bits that you can choose from to get your animating going. Second, we are attempting to raise money for a project so it's possible that the animator who takes on one of our shows, will eventually get a payday-not a big one, but it would be followed by royalties and what not. Third, um Thanks for all the replies and Damn! you guys can animate.

Also.... Filmbrats' Idea sounds cool it doesn't fit shutupsystems due to the non-violent, and non immature nature of it, but it does sound cool. I miss the retro shows.
