That woman's hair is very nicely done, but you need to make use of your shading to give the impression where tje bumps of the skeletons are. For example, that woman has a skull to define her face, she needs shading to show off her cheekbones. That monster looks a bit mushy, because all the shading is a tad too smooth on it.
Also try making your background a bit less saturated. It's fighting for attention, but is not a welcome combatant. Good work tho :3
