Well a motive would've helped, but there aint much you can do there because the fact that she just wanted to party and get drunk and what not is the best motive i could think of as to why she would kill her daughter, which i think the prosecution implied in their case. However the lack of DNA evidence to connect her to the murder is what did the prosecution in.

I personally believe that the first-degree murder charge was too much, but I believe Casey Anthony has a much bigger role in the death of Caylee. Justice has not been given to Caylee.

Well the thing is even before she was accused of murdering her daughter and was still considered missing, she was still doing whatever the hell she wanted. that doesn't really reflect well on her character.
