Of course, theres also the adobe wallaby, which does the same, but I have yet to see it in action

Now both are very beta and have their limits, buts its sure a lot of fun seeing your creations on your tiny screen, in a not so far away future where this is better, newgrounds could have a mobile website with some html5 versions of popular flashes!

Also, they don't do the exact same thing. Swiffy converts a SWF file into HTML 5, while Wallaby converts a .fla file. Google also recommend using Flash 5, so you can't use filters and other features found in later versions of Flash.
newgrounds could have a mobile website with some html5 versions of popular flashes!
By mobile site I assume you mean a site for iDevices, as Android powered phones come with Flash Player.
