Everybody is different. Some grow facial hair at 18, some don't. Puberty differs in people, as it can start/end early or start/end late. Don't be whiny and bitchy about it; it's perfectly normal.

The OP can't grow a beard, therefore tox gave the OP sound advice on how to solve his problem. This is what he said:
