I don't have any. I got my blue knight up to about level 60 and didn't really use any of the others/
Nobody has a level 100 character... The level cap is at 99...
I got none too since insane is way too hard. it almost impossible if you don't play with others.

Some people don't really like that type of motivation. After a certain point leveling up becomes more of a chore or a bland way of keeping a player active, very few games have a proper balance. Egoraptor had a really cool youtube video that reviewed the original Castlevania and Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest. In it he makes a point about how companies tend to make daunting or time consuming tasks (such as leveling up) only to make the player think they got more value then they really did.
