I got a Gamecube purely because of Eternal Darkness after I heard of it being very good. I spent about £60 in total, and I don't regret it. It's currently my favourite game of all time.

I only did that once and that is with PS1. The only reason I got it was because I wanted Gex and it was for PlayStation.

I bought a DS for the sake of playing Advance Wars DS.

That series is highly addictive, plus nothing makes you more furious than getting ambushed in Fog of War.
