Which Anti virus do you

I just installed kaspersky trial and it says it will take 3-4 hours to do one scan. That sounds ridiculously slow.

I went from Avast-free to kaspersky trial and I have to say kaspersky seems to suck. Who wants to scan for 3 hours? Plus, the reason I liked Avast-free is because it would let me block whatever I wanted to block. If I felt like something wasn't a virus it would let me tell it not to block it. Like a couple of game cheater programs for fable pc 1 were picked up as viruses by Avast but I told it not to block it and all was good. I wish more anti-viruses were like Avast in that department. The problem is I don't know if I should try to use another anti-virus or stick with Avast.

Just use ESET NOD32 and microsoft security essentials.

I just use AVG. As another guy said, common sense is especially useful when you wan't to protect yourself against malicious websites.

Agreed. It isn´t really that difficult, and also look at a link before you click it.

F-Secure. It takes 4 hours to do a full comp. scan but here's the catch: the amount of files I have in my PC is over 900000 (I mill ++++) so each antivir takes 3 hours.

I use Norton, it doesn't even tell me it's doing a scan it tells me when it's done, and it never leaves anything behind.

It has everything from the regular Avast pro, plus extra interwebz protection.

Kaspersky keeps mine in line pretty well, though it's rather expensive just for an antivirus.
