X-Men First Class excellent.

The movie does look great. Also the casting is not half bad too. Good thing no one chose a big movie star to be the main character or else it will be repetitive just like the Green Lantern. By the way what the fuck was all the rumors about Will Smith being Captain America? I mean hes black.

A founding member yes.

I'm not sold on Captain America. The movie will be period, it will have an untested star for me (Chris Evans) in an iconic role. I'm not saying it'll suck, just that as I felt confidence in Thor that it would be a quality product (and it was) there's a lot of question marks for me on how well Captain America will come out. Guess we all find out together in July.

I won't because they are overdoing super hero movies and most are turning out to suck. Only a handful of movies recently have even come close to justifying the IP they are based off of.

I'm thinking about getting a membership card at the cinema this summer, and if I do I will probably check out Captain America (as well as any other blockbuster).

If I decide not to get one then I will probably let this one slide. I'm personally not too interested in the Captain America series and although the film might be decent, I'd rather spend my money on something else.

Haven't seen Green Lantern, but I don't plan to since it looks really bad. But I agree with your comment completely. I LOVED The First Class.

Captain america was a member of the invaders, which predates the avengers and was founded to combat the nazis during world war 2. He has teamed up with the avengers, but is not a founding member of them.

I want to see some bucky barnes in this movie.

It makes logical sense however as many superheroes, mutants, and villains are clones and past or present versions of themselves in alternate universes or timelines.
