'Adult' humour cartoons 2011-06-19 15:40:02 Reply

I enjoy the usual suspects of adult humour cartoons;

South Park
Family Guy
American Dad

Does Futurama count?

Anyway I know there are other more adult cartoons in America that I am missing out on, I just don't know exactly what I should be watching, what is best. So if you'll be so kind as to tell me what adult cartoons I should be watching then I'll be a very happy person.

And if you want to judge me for liking Family Guy then thats fine but I couldn't give fuck just so you know in advance.

Suggestions please 3:

Thanks.

Apparently there was a Spaceballs animated show...

Just saw it on Netflix today. Haven't brought myself to watch it and ruin my childhood, but I am sure it is adult cartoonish.

I don't really enjoy these cartoons except in very limited amounts. It gets tiring after more than two episodes. If you want American TV, I recommend Burn Notice, Psych, Covert Affairs, and NCIS. They're all great programmes. Unfortunately, you need an American proxy to watch.

You ever watch Stressed Eric? It's British.

Also American Dad and The Cleveland Show, which started off not-so-good but is now one of the funniest things on TV.

New Simpsons isn't bad either. Ned Flanders might be marrying Edna Crabapple and the viewers at home are voting on the storyline, believe it or not. It's not great but some episodes are good and the rest are watchable.

I heavily recommend American Dad, the Cleveland Show (made by Seth McFarlane and starring Cleveland Brown from Family Guy) and Stressed Eric.

Here's some Stressed Eric.

I didn't read the bit where you said you watch American Dad. But I can't recommend The Cleveland Show enough because everyone wrote it off and it is seriously better than everything else that aired in America on Sunday and I would download on Monday. Even better than a lot of recent South Park.

Metalocalypse is awesome, it has gore, curse words, drug references and some sex, and besides that it's funny as hell.

King of the Hill. It's funny, because I can relate to the situations since I have grown up in the south. Oh, and MY last name is Hill also.

Is it limited to cartoons? If not, you should check out Workaholics. It only has one season, but it's pretty great.

Most American shows suck though. Why won't you watch your shows? They're better! The Mighty Boosh is probably the greatest thing man has ever invented.

I didn't remember Free For All, I loved that show it was hilarious, too bad that it was too short.

Which is dumb. Aqua Teen Hunger Force is awesome.

But yeah just check out some Adult Swim shows. Venture Bros is another quality one. Squidbillies is decent. They do have some shitty shows on Adult Swim though. Just saying.
