It would have all kinds of theme parks, waterparks, hotels, resorts, city areas, and much more. It would be four times the size of Disney world and would be an American version of Dubailand. It would also be put in Orlando next to the other four parks.

Well it's not like it would have any Marvel or Harry Potter stuff there anyway, cause it wouldn't be another Islands of Adventure. The primary theme park would be a cross between Disneyland and parks like Phantasialand and Europa Park.
It would take a whole day to walk from one end to the other, and you'd be mobbed by souvenir salesman all the way.

Well there would be more than one theme park, just like in Disney World. There would also be discounts for this resort, as well as for the other three Orlando parks as well as Busch Gardens.
That sounds like a horrible idea.
Someone should create a life-size replica of Washington, DC and fill it with roller coasters and other thrill rids for the sheer hell of it. Think of how fun it could be.
I also believe that all those companies joining together would constitute a monopoly, and the Federal Government would deny them a merger.
Alright dude, all I'm gonna say is that companies aren't like game systems. It's not the coolest idea in the world that they'd be put together as one.
In the world, when companies unite like that, it can create a monopoly.
Monopolies are bad.
WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THAT DUDE WITH THE RED HAT BROWN TRENCH COAT AND SHOTGUN?!?! I miss the old ASSASSIN days. Click Me

It wouldn't be like the three companies just merging together, it would just be some employees from the three forming their own company that would design the resort. Disney Imagineers would also be a part of it as well as some members of Universal Creative.

I say again, select people from the three companies would form a company that would make it.
Food would be ridiculously overpriced.
Think of the churros man!
