but I've got a problem. Is there some sort of sequence in animating? By that I mean like: what should I do first, creating all the sound effects and voice acting or should I make the animation first?
I really don't know where to start, so that's why I ask you.
If there isn't an accurate answer then please give your opinion
thx already,
whodafuckameye
also, sorry for grammar faults 'n' stuff, Im Belgian :p
first thing to do is look for some inspiration by browsing throu the music portal
if you already have an idea look for some music to suit it because:
1- its really hard to get some music that fits a finished animation
2- you can line up the animation, direct, select the drawing style or even make some jokes and other lines for the animation
now you have a general idea of the animation [like the story or the end and stuff] draw it into a storyboard [the storyboard can be just sticks and basic drawings]
now review the storyboard and ask yourself "is it good" and "should i animate it" then let your family and friends review it and respect there review
now you have a full length animation, place the ads and the start screen so you don't forget them and then place the music [if you can] and then start with scene 1:
now place the sound effects wherever you want so they can be like a guide when animating
draw some basic drawings [using the storyboard] then add some quality in it, then color it and repeat the process till the end of the animation and then upload it
There's not really an order you should always stick too..
this is what I usually do:
- get idea
- tell friends idea
- write script
- divide script into scenes and shots
- draw characters
- draw first background
- animate character movement
- animate speech (add sound)
then I repeat those last steps until it's finished
- export as PNG sequence and .Wav sound
- import into After Effects
- make CGI / special effects if any
- add music / sounds (apart from speech)
- clean up: time remap, delete duplicate frames due to export errors, blur, color-correct
- export as lossless
- encode to .mp4 for youtube
I still haven't found the right thing for newgrounds though, I can currently only upload low-quality .FLV's embedded in an .swf
I've been think about externally uploading .F4V's, but where?!
If there isn't an accurate answer then please give your opinion
there's no accurate answer so just do what would suit you

No no if your using flash there's a secret
go to the action-script. it only works for action-script 4. Type in your script and then type Create Flash animation(); and then the animation will begin to animate itself. Patience is the key as this takes a very long time about 24 hours.
