1. What is to discuss, this is a yes or no question. Regardless I'm going to giggle like a schoolgirl whilst writing a wall of text. Gird your loins.

2. Cliques are to be expected when the human being tends to have biological desires to establish social hierarchies, and in situations where the pecking orders are entirely determined by charisma and confidence (Highschool), not competence or intelligence, the 'preps' tend to form up accordingly.

3. I do not hate them. Why not? Because , this is life. They've adapted to a situation in which it would be beneficial to adopt the prep lifestyle, and as fun as it would be to join the angsty counter culture and say "man I hate me sum preps", I'd rather understand that people change and later in life we can cross our fingers and hope they change for the better, when coming into contact with reality.

Now, tell me why YOU hate them? Is it because they are different? Hating someone for having a different lifestyle (ignoring how abrasive it might be) is simply mirroring the very actions they take towards you which spark these embers within you. They think you're weird and obnoxious in your own way, rejecting their ways and being totally cool dude in the corner. Try to look at it from multiple angles here, as this is school the kids are, well, kids.
