Smackdown vs RAW
COD Zombies (because it's more fun)

And several other games which I don't have that most of these people mentioned.

Mario Kart Wii is a good one because it can be niiiiice and easy for the non-gamers.
probably Just Dance will be a hit with any party goers, too.

Mortal Kombat (or any fighting game for that matter), Rock Band, any four player split screen FPS, House of the Dead.
