Landing on a utility generally requires you to roll the dice and pay 4 times the number rolled.

If you only own one of the two utilities, the person who lands on it pays 4 times what they roll with two dice. If you own both, they pay 10x.

But... why did you ask in Newgrounds? WHY?!
