What do you need help with in frame by frame really?

Full body animations? Well dude, all we can say is that you practice drawing. Draw everything you see.
Make sure you drew something everyday.

Don't go to bed without practice.

Draw drunk, draw sleepy, draw horny, draw everytime your mood changes.

Draw all the time.

And when your hand hurts, draw some more.

And I don't mean in flash, I mean draw on paper. Learn basic anatomy, learn facial expressions. PRACTICE YOUR FLAWS.

What else? Oh yeah, a nice FPS to start learning with is 12 fps, because it's slow so you don't need a lot of frames.

What else? oh yeah...Heres a guide on how to draw shit, I'd give you more, but it's best to learn for yourself and do your own research IF YOU WANT TO LEARN HOW TO DRAW DONT ASK ON A FORUM, YOU JUST FUCKING DRAW:

Adam Phillips (the creator of the Brackenwood series) has made an excellent series of Flash tutorials which you can find here. The first two (which are free!) cover the basics and give some good advice about tools in Flash, and the third and fourth cover drawing and animating - you have to pay for these, but we're talking about $5 for both. Give them a look!
