I think the forum would have been a better place for this, but I still highly appreciate your links. Only thing I could add is the popular posemaniacs.

Nice, I'll dig through my archives and share mine too. Good stuff. I actually use DA for my animal stuff, there are a lot of zoo photographers on there. Also, Terryl Whitlatch is an amazing animal artist. Everyone interested in drawing animals or creatures should go google her right now.
