If it's gonna take till summer for it to come out, I doubt it's gonna be effortless.

If it turns out the epilogue is actually BioWare saying "PSYCHE! Indoctrination." then giving us a proper ending (gameplay included), then I'll agree with you. If it turns out to just be a bunch of text or plothole-laden cutscenes, then I won't.

I'm expecting it to just be an extended final cutscene that shows what happens to Wrex and Victus and all the other important guys you rallied up through the games for the final fight, but we're gonna have to wait awhile until they give us some more information.

Well this dlc is better then nothing I guess. At least there will be closure of sorts, but I must say, I'm very curious about how they're going to get around some of the out of place stuff people have brought up time and time again

So I just played up till the end of the first council scene, got re-enlisted as a specter or whatever, and I dont want to play anymore. This game is pissing me off. I didn't start with a very good idea of the game (I guess that's what I get for reading all the hate the internet's giving it, but still) but the things I havent heard things about are bad.

Firstly, the way the characters react to most of the situations is stupid. Nothing completely "BUT THERES A DOOR THERE" stupid, but lots of little things which could have easily been done a lot quicker then what they done. And its like they dont pay attention to the conversations going on around them. In the first video call with the Leader guy, he says something like "Go to Mars, Liara has got some way to defeat the Reapers!!" and then 10seconds later Ashley goes "I wonder why he's sending us to Mars" when she was standing right next to me. I could count several times this happened, but that would take time I should be sleeping in

And Captain Andersons running animation is terrible, he goes from casual walk into full pelt cartoon style sprinting and back again in a few secounds. I even caught him doing a full circle lolsprint at one point.

Which brings me to the A.I. I dont know if it was because I was playing on normal, or because it's the start of the game, but it's just bad. Some dude with a shield was "flanking" me, (Which was just taking the left path when I was on the right path, but it still counts I guess) and he was literaly shoving his ass into my Squads faces, who then shot him. This happened twice, in different circumstances. And then they used grenades, which looked as a professional ball thrower (Pitcher or something, Baseball guy) but rolled out 10ft in front of the thrower. Which is bad, considering I was either 25ft away, or 5ft away but around a cornor. Once they even threw it onto a table in front of them, killing one of them and damaging 2 others.

I could go on, about the clunky controls and the "one button does everything" button they have, but I think this is already one of the longest thing I've written for anything online. The dialog choices annoy me to, so far it's all been either saying it nicely or not nicely, not mean or cruely, just not nicely. Thats not good and bad, it's good and a her-time-of-the-month-good. Again, start of the game so I wont have a huge choice, but start of a game should give me good impressions, not shit ones.

Everything past this point could be choices and decent dialog everywhere, but unless someone told me specifically I wouldn't know, 'cause I really dont want to play it anymore after about 3 hours.

so, i just watched this shit and at around 1:06-1:09 i saw what i thought had to be a salarian infiltrator with a Katana, not as in a shotgun, i mean Japanese Steel. I thought, holy shit, that's awesome, and proceeded to search for videos containing demonstrations of this great feat on bioware's behalf. there was none, and after further research i discover it was just an enemy named a phantom, and no such detail exists for players. this is almost as disappointing when i found out Ashley was straight. over-hyped false advertising strikes again. thanks bioware

Yes I do, I want the synthesis option. The first time I beat the game I picked destroy, i'm pretty sure all life on earth was destroyed, and I think the Normandy crew died. Believe it or not, the endings aren't all the same.

When they all have the relays getting destroyed, the Normandy crashing on a backwater planet, and more plotholes than Attack of the Clones, then everything else is immaterial.

Why are all of my store purchases failing? Has this been happening to anyone else? I buy a pack, it tells me it didn't process completely. So I have to come back later, and then see that I lost 5000-60000 credits and then I have to search for what I bought.

Also, yeah, I get it. Orange armor with a green highlight color screws with your eyes. So stop doing it.

Can't wait for the Resurgeragencer pack! Hunter mode for the Geth looks AMAZING! And I might start liking the Vanguard class if I can be a Krogan.
I want new enemies though. I reaper Drell that behaves like a Phantom without the insta-kill would be awesome!

Tried the two new maps and they're pretty great. The Geth/Quarian one on Rannoch is by far the best however. Probably one of, if not the biggest map yet with plenty of room to run around and hide from enemy fire. Excellent for sniping too.

A word of caution however: if you want a chance to get some of the new characters/weapons wait until later tonight as they are having technical issues and none of the new stuff is available at the moment. You can only try the new maps and look at the abilities of the new locked characters until they can fix it.

I read through The Art of the Mass Effect Universe today hoping to find some stuff I could use as artistic reference. There's not a whole lot of actual concept art beyond the Mass Effect 1 section, but what I thought was interesting was how much Joker changed. I guess at first they wanted his appearance to really reflect his sickness, and I don't have a clue what made them change their minds because all the concept art in the book for him looks something like this.

I hated the way he looked the first time I looked at it, but imagining his voice and personality with this face, I actually like it.

And also, Krogan concept art was pretty much either bigass monsters or Predator. I guess they managed to mix them together for their final result.

If you have sex with Cortez and get %105 galactic readiness, you have the option to turn all of the Reapers into cocks. And then Raptor Jesus beats them up.

This game really needs more enemies. I would have loved to see mutated Vorcha, Drell, and even some Elcors being ridden by, say, Volus'?
