What do you believe is worse?
I believe murder is much worse. Of course rape is still terrible, but it's not an ending of a life, however.
I have also noticed an overwhelming amount of people use the term "Rape Survivor". I have a problem with this term. Every rape victim survives rape. Rape isn't lethal. Sometimes murder is incorparated into or after rape, but rape, itself, does not include the ending of a life.

Murder causes the life loss of a innocent soul, while rape can scar them emotionally and can cause them to suicide. Both are fairly bad, but I think rape is worse because the pain and the scars you will have to take on for the remainder of your life.

Rape involves having to walk around every day knowing what was done to you. It seems worse for you to have to think about a rape, rather than be murdered and not think about it.
Rape doesn't ruin your life. You can still enjoy life. Once you're dead, your done, you don't get another chance to enjoy anything, ever.

It all depends on the brutality of the rape/murder, how painful or long it was, how much blood was shed, ect. Usually, murder is worse, though.

Yeah, but you didn't mention how I was murdered. The murder could be just a quick stab in the heart, in which case I'd be dead instantly. With rape, you gotta suffer for the rest of your life with memories of the rape.
You do realize that once you've been raped, you can think about things other than rape right? Painful, sometimes traumatizing memories are present in plenty of people. I'd go as far to say most people. Does that really make their whole life unenjoyable?

Oh also if they commit suicide due to being raped they deserve to die.
The only time when rape would be worse than murder would be if it was repeated like having a person held captive and doing it to them over and over again, then that would destroy them from the inside and death would be less torturous.

I think the funny thing about that argument is that while murder is worse, in terms of the grand scheme of things, rape might actually be worse. I mean, there are people who have argued about the death penalty and everything. If you are in a situation that you have to kill in self defense, you have to do it. I can't think of a single situation in which a person would have to have sex with someone else in any way justifiable. Who would have sex in self defense?

usally when people get raped the person that raped them kills them thats where the term rape survivor comes from both are really bad but murder is worse than rape i belive

Actually, rape is very lethal and I lot of rape victims die from the injuries they sustained.
Seriously, I believe rape is worse, and have intense urges to kill rapist.
