A Grave New World

As you can tell this was inspired by Aldous Huxley and George Orwell. Anyway, I'm writing a short story about the future from the eyes of a upper middle class person. The beginning will be the man, Joshua Martin, walking to work. He has to wear a full bullet proof suit, and there are people being robbed, beaten and raped everywhere with very few authorities to help them, and the hero describes his life from when he was a child, getting shot once, then being the best in his school and being sent to China, being the richest country, to go to University. The lower class and lower middle class people have it worse then in USA, but the richer people in China are on top of the world. He describes life in USA and Asia, and then gets to work. Then, he makes an amazing discovery on how to mass produce and store anti-matter, then uses it to build a time machine, and a team of people are sent back in time to make sure that humanity doesn't make the mistakes it did that led to the global crisis. But because the past doesn't use natural resources, they don't have enough power to advance as fast as they did and couldn't make the time machine at the right time, creating a paradox and throwing the earth into an unending loop.

I got the ideas from the story that the guy put in the description of the song, I'm just adding to it and putting it into more detail.
