So I bought, downloaded, and installed the Honest Hearts DLC and I can't play it. There's usually some pop up on my screen when you get a DLC for Fallout and a radio broadcast but I got nothing. Anyone know what to do?

Yeah I installed it but didn't get any prompts on where to go. I looked it up and it seems that PS3 has a bug. Link

I think your #1 problem is that you put in even more money into that dull game. Though I admit I liked dead money and if they actuallt find a way to release all the dlc as a standalone game like rockstar tends to do with their stuff that would be great. But even if the next couple of dlc adventures are fucking epic it wouldn't be worth setting foot in the mojave ever again.

A lot of people are having issues with that DLC. It is full of bugs. Plenty of people cannot play at all and those who can, it freezes/crashes etc. I can't give you much advice as I play it on PC but I was pretty annoyed with it. I got it installed and the quest started for me, but it crashed back to my desktop constantly. I did eventually beat it, but after tons and tons of restarts. I certainly hope they put more effort bugs on the next DLC.
Now, if you are not playing on PS3, and you are playing on the computer, I have been told that going into Steam and telling it to validate your files fixes the issue sometimes. If you have any mods running on the game (from Nexus etc.) disable the esm files before playing. You can do this on the 2nd opening screen.

It seems I remember Fallout 3 eventually releasing all of the DLC on one download or one actual CD.
I'd rather them take the time and fix all these issues, but I'm sure they wanted to get it out by the summer vacation.
I think both Honest Hearts and Dead Money have been good DLCs (aside from the bugs). I find them way better than some of what Fallout 3 had for DLCS.

I'm so fucking pissed, the game crashes EVERY TIME I try to set out on the journey. I haven't played any of it yet, it's just 10 bucks straight down the tubes. I'm about to throw my xbox out the fucking window.

Well then that's 3 of us. One on the Ps3, one on the Xbox, and then me, on the PC.
So obviously they didn't spend enough time on this.
I heard they're working on a patch. We shouldn't have to patch it as soon as we get it. ugh.
I noticed that mine always crashed at certain locations as well. So I was able to finish, but I didn't get to explore as much as I wanted to.

It takes a while for the file to kick-in. But good add-on and they need to make DLC were you get to keep playing at the end :(
