Oh also STDs arent as common as you think, people don't have them all their lives they get them from sex ie 'S'td, generally speaking if the person you are going to ahve a threesome with is any good and nice and actually smart they won't have STDs, if they did have any they would let you know before hand so you would know to use protection better.
I can't imagine your girlfriend will want to have a threesome with someone who wont admit they have STDs people generally arent that much of a twat, if you know them they should be fine.

Still of course use protection anyway, never know if they might ahve caught something since last screening or more importantly if you did, always think about your own dick rather than other peoples if you are going to have sex with others. Generally if you stick to using protection if you ever have a threesome the chance of getting any STDs or givng them is very slim especially if its one you dont know about having then it cant be a dangerous uncurable one.

If you are still worried then just ask the person if they do have any then just go "look ok sorry im paranoid I cant do this hope you understand" and look for another person for it.

When it comes to threesomes with a boyfriend / girlfriend or husband and wife you tend to have a 3rd person who you are close to and can trust, not random guy from pub. If you do lie the idea of random guy from pub then go for it, but you are also likely the kind who doesnt give a shit about STDs so I dont see the problem.
