Trolling - you're doing it right.
Semi-decent photo collage - you're doing it wrong.
I could add something helpful here, but I have sincere doubts that you are at all putting in an effort to do something decent.

i redlined the things that are wrong.
your welcome
Because, to be honest, it's hard to figure out what "right" is.
You put together a few photos, stacked an overlay on top, drew some goggles and a grin and then wrote a slogan without spell checking it. WHAT is it that you were trying to do here?
Either explain yourself orstart working harder. Much harder.

Damn, forgot to redline reallity.
my grammer is very bad.
Don't take the above comments as insults, they're honest critique but in a bit of a rude manner.
Bad Flowers. Bad.
The thing is, people tend to use collages under the impression they made something new and interesting. This is rarely the case, and especially when not done manually. You can slap together random pictures and call it art, but this isn't how it works. This is horrible, this is a good collage. I think you can see the difference here. Using Photoshop filters or overlays to "enhance" your work is rarely fine, and especially not if it's the main focus of the picture.
First of all, think of WHY you want to make a collage. Is there a perfectly good reason for it? What will the topic be? Secondly, you need to make stuff or pictures yourself, manually. They can be DRAWN in Photoshop, but only as pieces of art theirselves. Finally, think very well about different aspects, such as colour, composition,... in short, all the things you learn when actually drawing or painting. I suggest you start with these first, instead of jumping to copying and pasting photos in a 10 minute job.
A rather disgusting-looking git that should have been disposed of ages ago.

Reginald's got it bang on, it's difficult to criticise this. You can't polish turds.
I reckon you'll get a better reaction from your friends if you showed them this than some strangers in an art forum. Maybe.
