Genre means shit to me, if I like it I'll listen to it, people who don't listen/hate to a particular band or artist because they belong to a specific genre are shallow and pathetic. As for Slipknot, yeah some of there stuff is good.

Exactly man. Saying "I like rock and metal", should be enough. Saying "I like metal like Slipknot" should be enough, but some asshole always has to say something like "Slipknot's not metal". It's ridiculous.
