used to only happen to me on my days off when i could get like 12+ hours of sleep (fuck jer), but lately (past year or two) it happens even if i get to the point of 3 hours of sleep every 2 days.

yeah i heard it's referred to as polyphasic sleep, didn't know it could be beneficial though.
