Check to see if the box didn't go all the way to the bottom. It has done that to me on a couple occasions.

Also, is this just one certain movie, or ever one of them?

It might be your JavaScript is turned off. Make sure that it is on.

Mozilla Firefox

Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Choose 'Options'
Choose 'Content' from the top navigation panel
Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click 'OK'

Safari

Select 'Safari' from the top menu
Choose 'Preferences'
Choose 'Security'
Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'

Internet Explorer

Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Choose 'Internet Options'
Click the 'Security' tab
Click 'Custom Level'
Scroll down until you see the section labelled 'Scripting'
Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click 'OK'

Chrome

1.Click the wrench in the top corner
2.Click on "Options"
3,Go to "Under The Hood"
4.Click on "Content Settings"
5,Click on the "JavaScript" tab

If its already on, you might have to reinstall Java or update Java from here.

I just wanted to comment that Java has absolutely nothing to do with JavaScript. Updating your Java install (if you have it) shouldn't change a thing to a JavaScript problem.
Also, if making sure JavaScript is on didn't change a thing, try simply clearing your cache, that sometimes helps as well.
