Gomad Diet

I'm a skinny guy (183cm, 66kg), so I decided to go on a GOMAD diet.

Basically it stands for: Gallon Of Milk A Day

For all the non-US people it's about 3.8 liters of milk. That's a fucking lot.

A gallon (or about ~4 liters) contains approx. 2400 Calories. Combined with meals and protein shakes, this can make your daily energy intake at about 6000 Calories, which is humongous.

Of course, you have to workout while maintaining this diet. You can't just consume all this food and sit around all day. Squats are suggested, as well as any other multi-joint excersize like deadlifts or bench presses.

Well, I wouldn´t be able to withstand this for long, I would get sick quickly from drinking this amount of milk per day.

Depends where you live and where you get the milk. A liter of milk here (Poland) costs about 2.50PLN which is approx 80 cents so it comes out to about $95 which is still a lot.

Dunno about the images, but I'll def. be tracking my weight. I'm only doing this diet for a month so even if I gain 5kg or so I doubt it'll be very visible on pictures. I guess I can take some pics and if the progress is good I can post them.

Milk here costs around 2 to 4 dollars. Usually better to go with cheaper brand in most cases since there is no real difference in the milk, most of the time you are just paying for the brand name, sad right?

Sounds pretty awesome as well if you can do that. Could post an image later tonight as well so users know what you looked like before starting the GOMAD

Sounds rough and I'm skeptical to the benefit but it would be cool to hear how it goes.
