If you don't know what Chemtrails are, just look up in the sky. Normal contrails do not spread and they dissipate within 30 seconds. Chemtrails are the exact opposite.

I am sure many of you would tell me that it is stupid, and not real. I believe it is real is because when I go outside, I would want to see a deep blue sky and if not, white puffy clouds. Unless it rains, of course. Most of the time I see a hazy look in the horizons and grid like patterns from the chemtrails. That doesn't seem natural to me.

I am open to debates, and if anyone of you can prove me wrong, then kudos to you.

I've heard of chemtrails actually. However, I discarded the thought because, although I live within 5 miles of an airport, I hardly ever see any "chemtrails".

I also didn't see much evidence to support your arguement. Just a facebook page, and a youtube video I neglected to watch.

Could you provide better sources? However, the whole thing looks like it is just another conspiracy, like "Oh my God! They want to alter our minds with this stuff! The New World Order is coming!", I would be more concerned about the bad side effects that it might have for the nature in general.

It is condensed water, the reason it condenses around jet trails is because for condensation to occur their need to be particles for the vapour to condense around, when the jets leave a trail behind it allows the vapour to condense, leaving what you are calling a 'chemtrail'.

It's just clouds that have been allowed to form due to the residue of the jet.

I live next to several airports (maybe 10-20 miles away) and I'm more worried about the expanding smog cloud that looms over LA county.

It's just regular clouds formed by the vapour poured out from the jet engines, which condenses since the temperature is so low, and forms a cloud.

The reason some last more than others is because of the variety in air saturation, if the air is dry, the cloud dissipates quickly, if it's saturated, it can remain there as long as the atmosphere maintains those conditions.

A crude example would be to imagine it like osmosis, water will want to reach equilibrium, so it will try to spread out to less concentrated areas. I'm willing to bet that none of those people have at least a small notion of atmospheric sciences.

I would like to see someone on the other side of this conspiracy provide some sort of evidence. My cousin believes firmly in Chemtrails and often breaks off in to angry tirades and insults my intelligence while doing so.

Obviously, it's fucking ridiculous. But why do you believe it's true? What scientific evidence do you have? Are there any WELL written documents on the subject?

To summarize: in certain atmospheric conditions, these contrails can hang around for several hours, it has nothing to do with chemicals they would add to the exhausts.

You do realize that a combustion reaction (such as the one in a jet engine) produces water?

You then also hopefully realize that at the altitude those planes are flying, the combination of pressure and temperature allows the water vapor to form said contrail, right?

Good luck with that one. I've noticed a lot more talk about Chemtrails after the oil spill (unless this is where it originated from).

Also I love with these type of theories including the NWO one that if you disagree your either an idiot or you've "been brainwashed".

In time, We are all going to become immune to these chemicals anyway.

But right now im taking that Chem trail shit and those Conspiracy Theory's with a grain of salt since nothing really significant happened from those Theory's yet. (aside those ones that i cant name at the top of my head).
