Oh I remember those. I was stuck on 90 skulltulas for ages and then I finally figured out you could get a skulltula from those soft soils by letting bugs crawl into them.

The prize the game gives you isn't really worth the trouble in my opinion, but it was nice knowing that I had beaten the game 100% without the use of guides (there were hardly any guides available for video games back then).

Portal 2, every time I want to play it, I see Team Fortress 2 under it on my Steam Client and click on that instead. I really like Portal 2, it's been awesome so far, but TF2 is just too damn fun and irresistible.

yeah it was good whn I started playing but it gets so damn repetitive especially since I clocked just over 400 hours on Pokemon Emerald. Yes I lost my life...repeatedly but at least I have a supply of green mushrooms to make up for that. And that was years ago.

I still haven't beat dead space. I love it just that Fallout 3 came out the week after I bought it.

Taking all the games I started in a count.
Only assasins creed and fable 2.
Ac bored me
Grapics were good for the time but that was it. Doing the same thing over and over again.

and fable 2 just didn't feel right.
Did play trough the whole main plot. But didn't get all the side thingy's
it just was terible compared to fable 1

Sweet Jesus I beat Titan Mode in God of War 2 (Euryale's head is a god send). That has to be the hardest game out of all the god of war games. God of War 3's chaos mode NUR was somewhat easy compared to the first 2. The 1st one's God Mode was all right, until the final boss fight where you fight multiple clones of yourself.

I'd do the handheld God of War games, but I already have more games to play. Next is Dragon Age 2. I can finally say that I've beaten God of War 1, 2 and 3 on the hardest difficulties.

Oh and fuck Thesius, the first translator, and the 7 waves of enemies before the final boss without any given checkpoints.

Mass Effect 2
I dunno, I loved the game then when I got half way through I just went "Meh". It wasn't that I died or anything, although I guess I have Motorstorm Apocalypse to divert my attention from it.

Crysis 2
I've lost a little interest in it, but I think there's only one more level to do.

Sonic Adventure
After I did Sonic's story, I just got bored of it.

Shift 2 Unleashed
Gran Turismo 5. That's all I'm gonna say.

I haven't been able to finish that either. I mean the death system is BS, I wish it had auto-save. :S

I started GTA IV three times, and I never got to finish it. At the time, when I stopped playing a game and picked it back up after a long time, I was in the habit of restarting. I think that's why I never finished the first two.

As for the third, I actually got pretty close. In fact, I was playing the final mission. But after countless failures, I turned my Xbox 360 off and decided to try again later. However, my 360 broke before I got the chance. And it's still broken.

Yes, it's a rather tragic story, stemming from both my procrastination and bad habits, and the fragility of Xbox 360.

While PSN was down I took that time to complete 3 games, Dead Rising 2, AC:Brotherhood, and Arkham Asylum on hard difficulty. I think the only games I still need to complete are Splatterhouse and Black Ops. Eventually, I plan on going back and getting the few medals I'm missing in AC 2 (currently at 95% for trophies) just because I want at least 1 platinum trophy.

Believe me, DR2's save system is what I'd call "improved". In case you haven't played the original, there was only one save slot in that one. And, as you'd expect, there was no auto-save.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

It took forever, but I reached the last dungeon. Suddenly, the game froze. I reset my SNES, and there was just static. Then I reset again and my file was erased. Someday... SOMEDAY I will beat it.
