Bullshit, Ghostrider couldn't do shit to Goku, his penance stare wouldn't do much as Goku is supposed to be the kindest sould ever ever ever or some shit, and its supposed to make you feel the pain of all those you have ever hurt, so MAYBE that could do something, but it probably wouldn't, Vegeta would get raped by that skill though lol.

now you maybe wondering how Ghost Rider could be a lifeless skeleton and still fight in that movie.
Well it's really simple. Ghost Rider was a puppet. Yeah, that's right. Since skeletons don't move, they had to use puppet strings the whole movie just to keep him moving. About the fire? Simple. They constantly sprayed invisible gasoline onto the skeleton while the skeleton was still on fire. Then they switched the material the skeleton was made out of to something harder and less perishable, like titanium, so he wouldn't turn to ashes that easily. So now you know that Ghost Rider was pretty much nothing and he was completely useless. He could never beat Goku. Never.
Oh ya I forgot I said Goku would kick ass.

If it's a fight to the death, neither would win. Goku would simply incapacitate Ghost rider and then he would just leave him lying there. Wouldn't take long, though.

That would be a massive overkill.
Seriously there's always a debate involving characters.
There's "Goku vs. insert random character's name here" and many times the debate would drag to Goku would use the freaking genki dama to win even though he can easily wipe the floor with them in his base form.
There are good number of Narufags who things Naruto could beat Goku. Maybe he can beat Goku before the Red Ribbon Army arc but after that, Naruto stands no chance. It's amazing how things goes.
Had it been Goku vs. Galactus, then that would be a different story...
